The percentage of subscribers who viewed a post.

ERR (Engagement Rate Reach) is the primary metric for Telegram channels. It measures the ratio of average post views to total subscriber count, expressed as a percentage. An ERR of 10–30% is considered good. Unlike platforms like Instagram, Telegram shows actual view counts, making ERR highly accurate.

ERR = (Average Views per Post / Total Subscribers) × 100%
