Creaflow's Content Calendar gives you visual control over every scheduled post across all your channels. Here is how to use it to run a tight, consistent publishing operation.
What the Content Calendar Does
The Content Calendar (available on Starter+ plans) lets you schedule individual posts with precise date and time control, independent of your automated workers. Use it for time-sensitive content — product launches, event announcements, campaign posts — that must go out at an exact moment.
Creating a Scheduled Post
Navigate to Content Calendar, click "Schedule Post", and select your target channels, post text, and scheduled time. Posts support full text formatting as HTML. You can schedule across multiple channels in one operation — one post, many destinations, zero manual effort at delivery time.
Best Practice: Combine Workers with Scheduled Posts
Auto-post workers handle your recurring content cadence automatically. The Content Calendar handles your planned campaigns. The optimal workflow: let workers maintain your 3–5 daily posts in the background, while you schedule 1–2 high-priority posts per week through the calendar for maximum strategic control.
Editing and Canceling Posts
All scheduled posts appear in the calendar grid with their target channels and timing. Edit or cancel before the scheduled time — once a post fires, it cannot be recalled. Use the "Upcoming Posts" widget on your dashboard to review what is queued for the next 7 days before it goes live.
Timezone Handling
Scheduled times use your account timezone, set under Settings → Interface. Confirm your timezone is correct before scheduling time-critical posts. The system converts to UTC internally — all workers and calendar posts fire at the correct local time regardless of server location.
