Creaflow's analytics dashboard gives you a real-time view of how your workers are performing across all channels. Here is what each metric means and how to act on it.
Worker Execution Log
Every time a worker runs, Creaflow logs the result: which channel received a post, the rephrasing style used, whether the post succeeded or failed, and the error message if it failed. Review this log weekly — patterns of failure (quota errors, channel permission issues, source channel dryness) are visible here before they compound into growth problems.
AI Quota Tracker
The quota card shows your current month's AI rephrase count against your plan limit. When you see it approaching 80%, either reduce worker frequency or consider upgrading. Creaflow sends an in-app notification at 80% and 100% — enabling Telegram notification delivery is recommended so you are alerted even when not logged in.
Post Count and Activity Chart
The activity chart shows posts published per day across a 30-day window. Use it to identify consistency gaps — if you see a multi-day gap, check whether a worker was paused or a channel was disconnected. Consistent flat output here correlates with stable algorithmic performance on Telegram.
Channel Breakdown
The channel breakdown panel shows per-channel post counts and the last post time. Channels not receiving posts in 48+ hours should be investigated — usually a source channel issue or a misconfigured worker schedule.
Referral and Subscription Panel
Under Analytics you will also see your referral link performance (referral count, credited subscriptions) and subscription status. Creaflow's referral program credits you with a free month of your current plan for each referred user who subscribes to a paid tier.
