Telegram Business Account

A Telegram Business account is a Telegram Premium feature for an individual account representing a business — it's a different feature from a Telegram channel. It adds business tools to a personal chat: a business hours display, automated greeting and away messages, saved quick replies for common questions, a shareable custom chat link, and optional chatbot integration for automated customer replies. It's set up directly in Telegram's own Settings → Business menu on an account with an active Premium subscription — no separate app is needed. A Business account manages one-to-one customer conversations; a channel (the kind Creaflow automates) broadcasts content to an audience of subscribers instead.
