Automated pausing of posting activity during specified quiet hours.

Sleep mode is a feature in Telegram automation tools that pauses automatic posting during specified time windows (e.g. 11pm–7am). This prevents posts from being published when the audience is asleep, improving engagement rates and respecting user experience.
