Setting up automated posting for your Telegram channel takes about 10 minutes. Here is the complete process — from login to your first automated post going live.
Step 1: Log In With Telegram (30 seconds)
Go to CryptoMind and click 'Log in with Telegram.' No email or password needed — just your Telegram account. OAuth handles authentication instantly. Your account is created automatically on first login.
Step 2: Add Your Target Channel (2 minutes)
Navigate to Channels → Add Channel. Enter your channel's @username. CryptoMind verifies that you are an admin and fetches the channel metadata. If verification fails, ensure you added @CryptoMindBot as an admin with 'Post Messages' permission.
Step 3: Create an Auto-Post Worker (3 minutes)
Go to Workers → Create Worker → Auto-Post. Name your worker (e.g., 'Daily Crypto News'). Select your target channel. Choose your writing style: Informative for factual reporting, Analytical for deep dives, Meme for engagement-focused content, or any of the 12 available styles.
Step 4: Add Source Channels (2 minutes)
In the worker configuration, add source channels — these are the Telegram channels whose content you want to automatically rephrase and repost. Add the @username of each source. CryptoMind will monitor these for new posts and queue them for rephrasing.
Step 5: Configure the Schedule (1 minute)
Set your posting interval. Recommended starting point: 4–6 hours between posts. Enable randomization (±20%) to make posting appear more natural. Set 'Next Execute At' to start immediately or schedule a specific launch time.
Step 6: Activate and Monitor
Toggle the worker to Active. The system picks it up within 5 minutes and begins processing source channel posts. Check the Analytics dashboard after 24 hours to see execution logs, success rates, and which posts performed best.
